Why is it better to book service with us rathar than taxi?

1. Our Guides speak English, Russian, French and other international languages.  They are polite, gentlment, kind, helpful, trustworthy and smily.

2. Our cars are new, always clean, checked and in good condition, equiped with AC, heater, Winter tires for snow/mud if not 4x4, having iron chains if needed 🚗

3. Our Guides will take you from A to B point and show you C,D,E,F points on the way, while taxi takes you only from A to B point without other stops 🚗

4. Our Guides help you in bringing the bags from the airport and hotels, baby carriage or carseat if you have it, or provide it for you 🚗

5. Our Guides don't leave you in the middle of the way, like taxi drivers do it often. Our Guides check the weather and roads conditions in advance 🚗

6. Our Guides will wait you in the hotel, restaurant, WC, markets, shops, phototaking and they will not charge for waiting like taxi 🚗

7. Our Guides will make the stops during the tours/transfers and let you know untill what time the attractions are open, if you have time for visits 🚗

8. Our Guides will not charge you for the stops and waiting, like taxi is charging for extra time waiting and stops 🚗

9. Our Guides will help you interpreting and communication with locals, explain you everything about the sites you visit and country 🚗

10. Our Guides will serve you from early morning to late evening and they will not charge extra money for their extra work 🚗

Finally you will find that our qualified service is much cheaper than taxi service if you compare for what you are paying for: driving distance, time, waiting, helping, interpreting, explaining, talking, trusting, advising...

How do we work

 

Here is how do we work:

 

1. Tourists can request a tour by filling all necessary information in the Contact Form or write about their arrival in Georgia, travel dates, number of people, age, how many days tours would they like, which places to visit in Georgia, if they have special requirements, dietic, food alergy, travel requirements, which city/place they want to stay overnight or any.

2. We design a tours plan for the tourists or tourists can choose their own plan and write us. Tourists can use our tours information on the tours site. 

3. After agreement on the tours plan, itinerary, price and everything tourists pay a deposit to book the tours with us. About the booking process and how to pay the deposit please visit Contact page.

4. We don't book the airplane tickets and hotels for the tourists. Tourists have to book the airplane tickets and hotels by their own likes and budget. However we can help tourists where to book the hotel, in which city or in which location in a city, as well as in check-in time that everything is good with the hotels. 

5. We don't book the entrance tickets or activities for the tourists. Tourists decide themselves on the place if they would like to enter in a museum, National Park, which activities they would like to do during the days. However we shall tell the tourists in advance which Museums, National parks or which activities they can visit/do during the days, what are the prices.

6. We don't book the meals at the restaurants for the tourists (unless it is requested by the tourists), but we can book the places for the tourists at the restaurants. We can help you in choosing the meals at the restaurant, help you in interpreting and communicating at the restaurants. 

7. Tourists pay the tours service fee on a daily basis in the begining or at the end of the tours. It is possible to pay the tours fee partially, half in the beginning and another half in the middle of the tours, as there is not money exchange offices or not good exchange rates everywhere in Georgia.

8. To arrange the tours and transfers please call or write us at least one day in advance, as we are not taxi and need special arrangement in advance for any transfers and tours. Our fees for the tours and transfers may be expensive comparing to taxi, as we are not taxi.

9. Better to book our tours, excursions and transfers as early as possible as our Guides and Drivers are always booked in advance, sometimes 1 Year advance. 

 

 

 

          Note: 

 

        We are not taxi, so please don't call or write us for taxi service. For taxi service you can use taxi service application. We arrange private tours, excurions and transfers but:

 

       1. For the private tours, excurions and transfers you have to call/write us and arrange our service at least one day in advance, not immediately and not last minute, as we are not taxi company.

        2. Our private service may be expensive, comparing to taxi service, as we are not taxi who can take back another passenger, we don't hurry you and we may serve you extra time for free different from taxi driver.
